About us
Our unique cycling hotel in Riolo Terme is located in the heart of a thermal area between Imola and Faenza, a perfect location for people passionate about cycling and sports.
The Zappi house is a cosy thematic hotel and team house for our cycling squad where you can watch cycling and sports events in our lounge, enjoy a good Italian coffee in our Zappicafe and share time with our U23-Elite team. We also have a gym, a library, a shop/mechanics, a bike room and a large garden to enjoy, train and relax because all in here #isaboutpassion.
Our rooms
We offer different types of rooms:
Single Economy, Single Franchise, Double / Twin, Double / Twin Sup, Triple, Quadruple and Apartment up to 12 people (4 rooms + livingroom + 2 bathrooms + kitchen + balcony).

Currently, we are taking over a full renovation of this classic hotel to convert it into the final Zappi House, working on our own Zappi brand store, where soon you could find Sports Clothing and essentials for your bikes such as Co2 cylinders, inner tubes and other maintenance products. In addition, we are working on our mechanical shop and our Zappi Café!
